Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please note that payment of your deposit/pre-deposit is your acknowledgement that you have read and understood this policy.

• Payment of your pre-deposit or any portion of your retreat payments is your acknowledgement that you have read and understood this cancellation policy and the non-refundable deposit policy. 

  Pre-Deposits, Deposits and final payments  are not refundable or transferrable.  Deposits and/or Final payments can be transferred to a replacement registrant upon notification to the retreat coordinator with more than 14 days notice.  Participants on the waitlist will take priority.  Any and all exceptions are at the discretion of Giggles and Girlfriends Mini Retreats.

  Cancellation registrants are responsible to fill their own spot for retreats that are not sold out, however they must advise the retreat coordinator within 14 days of the start of retreat or 14 days of cancellation of any changes/replacements, etc.  Waitlist participants take priority for sold out retreats. 

  Registrations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  Waitlists are used whenever available and persons on waitlists are given 24hrs to repond to the retreat coordinator to an open spot offer before the coordinator goes forward to the next waitlist registrant.  All registrations are at the discretion of the retreat coordinator and all replacements are at the discretion of the retreat coordinator. 

  Cancellation/ Refund Policy for all retreats is as follows:

  Pre-Deposits to hold spots that are more than 90 days from date of request will require a $50.00, as of June 1, 2009, deposit. (This allows us to ensure that those serious about attending a future (more than 90 days away) date, have the opportunity to secure their spots).  The $50 pre-deposit fee is Payable at time of request to hold spots.  This deposit amount will be applied to the final payment and is not transferrable or refundable if registration is cancelled.

  Registrants 2nd Payment (those who registered more than 90 days and submitted a $50 predeposit) and Deposits for those registering within 90 days of retreat will submit $90.00 for retreat registrations and will be due and payable at the 90 day mark prior to retreat start date or within 24hrs of registrations within the 90 day mark.  This 90-day deposit is due within 24hrs of registration for all registrations for retreats occuring within 90 days prior to retreat start date.  This deposit amount will not be refundable, nor transferrable to another registrant if registration is cancelled.  We hold the right to make exceptions to this policy due to hardships.  All hardships are decided by Girlfriends and Giggles mini Retreats.

  Final payment for retreat of all balances owing will be due 31 days (1month) prior to retreat start date. 

• Failure to deliver payment on time will result in a $75 late fee per transaction or in the case of Sold Out retreats, will result in loss of registration, and the waitlist participants will be given priority. 

• All registrations within the 31 days prior to retreat will be required to submit payment in full to secure their spot. 

  Payment of your pre-deposit, 90-day deposit or final payment is deemed to be your acknowledgement that you have read and understood the above cancellation policy and agree to the waiver of liability in the sub category.

  Cancellations within 31 days of retreat are not entitled to any refund and can only be transferrable if the retreat is Sold Out or under the discretion of Girlfriends and Giggles Mini Retreats.  However, waitlists always take priority for any cancelled spots. 

• Failure to make any of the above payments on time, forfeits your registration immediately, and allows the retreat coordinator to offer your spot to waitlist registrants.  Failure to make payments will result is a $75 late fee charge.

• Waitlists are used whenever available and persons on waitlists are given 24hrs to respond to the retreat coordinator to an open spot offer before the coordinator goes forward to the next waitlist registrant.  All registrations are at the discretion of the retreat coordinator and all replacements are at the discretion of the retreat coordinator. 

• In the case of a sold out retreat that is more than 90 days away, all registrants will be notified as soon as the retreat sells out and their $90/90 day Deposit will be due immediately to secure their spot and remove the "hold" with the predeposit payment.  Example, if August retreat sells out in February, all participants will be emailed that the retreat has sold out and that their $90 deposit is now due.
