Cost and What's Included:
YIPEE HOORAY....We managed to negotiate rates with Battle Lake and Bittern Lake for 2010 so that our rate won't go up for 2010...so ladies, that means while others are raising their rates, WE WON'T BE!
Currently our retreat fee's for 2010 at Bittern Lake Retreats and Battle Lake Retreats are:
Pricing for 2010 will be:
A three day retreat is $175.00 per person.
A four day retreat is 225.00 per person.
Pricing for 2011 will be:
A three day retreat is $185.00 per person at Bittern Lake Lodge.
A three day retreat is $190.00 per person at Battle Lake 4H Centre
A four day retreat is 245.00 per person.
Your registration cost includes:
- two (or three) nights accommodations (either a twin bed or a Queen (shared with your roommate only at Bittern Lake)
Battle Lake is all single beds (3 bunkbeds per room maximum 3/4 per room)
- A snack Friday night at Bittern Lake and at Battle Lake it includes Dinner Friday night.
-breakfast, lunch and supper Saturday
-Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday.
- A 6ft Table working space in the main lodge for your projects.
How do I pay my fee's
1. Submit your registration.
2. A $50 Pre-Deposit payment is due to secure your spot for any retreat 90+ days away. This Pre-Deposit is not refundable or transferrable.
3. A $90 payment is due 90 days prior to retreat.
4. Your final $'s amount (depending on whether you've signed up for 3 or 4 days) is due 31 days prior to retreat.
5. All late payments are subject to a late fee of $75/late transaction and/or cancellation of your spot in the case of sold out retreats with waitlist participants.
6. NSF cheques will forfeit your spot and any payments made prior, no exceptions. NSF Cheques will be charged a $75 handling fee to reinstate your spot and future payments will be required by paypal or interac or cash, no exceptions.
