Cost and What's Included: Pricing for 2012 will be:
A three day retreat is $195.00 per person at Bittern Lake Lodge, Star of the North, Camp HeHoHa and Battle Lake 4H Centre
A four day retreat is 250.00 per person at Battle Lake 4H Centre and Star of the North
Star of the North Retreat Centre has many options for you to attend on your terms and budget
$195 for a 3 day/Single Registration (private room with Twin bed)
$140 for a 3 day without accommodations Single Registration
$350 for a shared accommodations (sharing a double bed) must register together, payments can be made individually, however if one drops out, the other will pay the single rate.
$245.00 for a Private Bath Suite (double bed) with Private full Bath (based on availability at time of registration)
$430.00 for a Private Bath Suite (double bed shared) with Private full Bath (based on availability at time of registration) must register together, payments can be made individually, however if one drops out, the other will pay the single rate
Pricing for 2013 is still in negotiations for all events.
Your registration cost includes:
- two (or three) nights accommodations
Bittern Lake Hunting Lodge (either a twin bed or a Queen (shared with your roommate at Bittern Lake)
Battle Lake 4H Centre is all single beds (3 bunks per room with a maximum 3/4 persons per room) no top bunk bookings unless requested.
Camp HeHoHa is all double occupancy (a twin and double bed in each room or a double bed and a twin bunkbed set)
Star of the North Retreat Centre is either a private room with a Twin bed, a double occupancy room with a double bed shared, a Private Bath Suite with a double bed shared for double occupancy or single occupancy.
Friday night at
Bittern Lake Hunting Lodge (Light snacks) at 6:30pm
Battle Lake includes a full Supper at 6:00pm
Camp HeHoHa includes a full Supper at 5:30pm
Star of the North Retreat Centre includes a full Supper at 5:00pm
Saturday includes Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Supper. (Bittern Lake Hunting Lodge hosts a continental breakfast on Saturdays)
Sunday includes Hot Breakfast and Lunch.
- A 4-6ft Table working space in the work rooms for your projects.
-Saturday night theme night activities.

How do I pay my fee's
1. Submit your registration online using the links above.
2. A $50 Deposit payment per person is due to secure your spot for any retreat 90+ days away. This Deposit is not refundable or transferrable.
3. A $90 second installment payment (2nd Payment) is due 90 days prior to retreat start date. This payment is not refundable or transferrable.
4. Your final balance amount (depending on whether you've signed up for 3 or 4 days) is due 30 days prior to retreat. This payment is not refundable or transferrable.
5. All late payments are subject to a late fee of $75/late transaction and/or cancellation of your spot in the case of sold out retreats with waitlist participants. Registration will be forfeited if late fee payment is not paid.
6. NSF cheques will forfeit your spot and any payments made prior, no exceptions. NSF Cheques will be charged a $75 handling fee to reinstate your spot and future payments will be required by paypal, interac or cash only, no exceptions.
7. All Cheques will be written out to "Rhonda Duncan" and mailed to #9 Greenborough Crescent, Sherwood Park, AB T8A5G6. If paying by Cheque, ensure you leave enough time for the mail to be delivered as late fees will be added if your payment arrives late. (Sending post dated cheques is permitted and encouraged to avoid any delays with the postal service and to avoid paypal fees.)
